Located in Phoenix Arizona, Zenith Behavioral Health provides mental health and addiction treatment for adolescent males ages 13-17. Zenith provides treatment for non-suicidal self-injury, aggressive and impulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance misuse of all kinds. On-site Accredited Education

Intervention starts with an initial assessment, followed by residential treatment. If detox is needed, Zenith will create a custom detox plan that uses medication-assisted treatment to manage withdrawal discomforts. Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) is at the heart of their recovery program, along with trauma-informed therapies, family counseling, group therapy, and recreational therapy. Zenith is especially proud of their comprehensive wellness program, which includes peer support networks, on-site accredited education, career training, physical fitness, nutrition, and school credit while recovering.
