A 5 to 7-day medical detox and a residential rehabilitation program involve round-the-clock supervision, a structured schedule, and various therapeutic opportunities.
Life Skills and 12-Step Therapy
Founded in 1969, this long withstanding program operates under the disease model of addiction. Clients are guaranteed quality of care by treatment providers, who are expected to meet the program ideals of respect, integrity, accountability, responsibility, and excellence. Therapies offered at White Deer Lancaster include 1-on-1 and group therapy, reality therapy, family therapy, and assistance with medication management as needed. Additionally, clients are taught life skills, anger management, and coping skills and participate in 12-Step meetings. After treatment, White Deer Run also offers aftercare meetings through their alumni program.
