Transformations Treatment Center

Transformations is a dual-diagnosis treatment center located in Delray Beach, Florida that offers outpatient services, sober living, and specialized treatment programs. Transformations understands that each person experiences the disease of addiction differently. They provide personalized treatment plans and unique specialty programs that can address the needs of the individuals faith, culture or occupation. Transformations specialty tracks are for first responders, veterans, LQBTQ+, adults under and over 30 as well as faith-based Christians and Kosher recovery for the Jewish community.

Transformations dives deeper into the root cause of the addiction while also addressing any co-occurring mental health condition or process addiction one may have using evidence-based therapies and holistic services like traditional talk therapy, eye movement therapy (EMDR), 12-Step philosophy, art therapy, adventure, therapy, yoga, and more. Clients progress through a 3-phased program starting with 24 sessions, 3 times per week and gradually reducing to 8 sessions, once per week. At the end of phase 3, clients have reached their 6 month of sobriety and are able to attend aftercare once per week for a year.

Transformations Treatment Center provides a comfortable environment where clients feel safe and welcomed. Their sober-living homes are close to white sand beaches and have an array of amenities such as private rooms, an on-site pool, a full-size gym, and beautiful outdoor areas, perfect for soaking in the Florida Sun.

Transformations Treatment Center is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance, making treatment more available to people in need.
