Transcend provides unique, gender-specific sober living homes in vibrant communities near Los Angeles, California, New York, New York, and Houston, Texas. According to American Addiction Centers, Transcend Recovery Community offers a strong community of clients, alumni, and staff, ensuring that residents have a comfortable, and client-centered community during their outpatient rehab treatment program. Residents can develop a vibrant and meaningful life of long-term sobriety with the skill, direction, and understanding provided by Transcend's highly experienced staff.
Transcend Recovery Community provides many services including sober mentoring, adolescent mentoring, sober companions, sober escorts, interventions, case management, and medication management. Each service is designed to assist and ensure that the client follows through with their treatment while providing guidance, accountability, and motivation throughout the process. Residents can also participate in outpatient care at the Heights Center located in California and Texas, near the sober living homes. Transportation is also provided for outpatient care, 12-Step meetings, doctor appointments, and group outings. During the week, Transcend provides experiential group sessions. These sessions can include acupuncture, meditation, mindfulness techniques, goal-setting, book study, and spiritual expression. The staff communicates with families and clinicians on a weekly basis while also conducting a family weekend every two months.
