My complaints were not taken seriously. My posts on their facebook page were removed when I offered to discuss with others. A councillor admitted to me that she had broken patient confidentiality. I asked prior to treatment "Is the doctor known to prescribe a lot of medications?" "No the doctor has a holistic approach". My daughter's last appointment included 7 prescriptions. When I asked about my daughter's claim that the director of the facility was badmouthing another client, It was denied, just as my complaint about the councillor, and my complaint about what I consider to be excessive medications. My daughter had one relapse. Due to Working with her we were able to overcome. She has been clean since. She reported to me that other than the issues listed above her experience was good. Note that based on the rules for posting here, I am not rating accommodations(I wasn't there), food and nutrition(I did not eat there), treatment(I was not the patient). My value rating is the my opinion of the value that I received for the more than $20,000 I paid. I expected "top of the world". I felt that I was ignored, lied to and cancelled for my opinions.
