Treatment may involve evidence-based therapies like individual and group counseling, family and couples counseling, case management, nutrition and wellness, 12-Step or SMART Recovery, and life skills. SOBA also takes a holistic approach to recovery, offering holistic therapies like yoga and meditation. Adventure therapies include hiking, swimming, rock climbing, movie nights, and group outings.
Recover In Fun, Sober Living
SOBA’s sober living apartments are fully furnished with high speed Wifi, cable TV, transportation services, and housekeeping services. SOBA also coordinates weekend activities as part of their adventure therapy. These activities include trips to Six Flags, kayaking, rock climbing, wilderness hikes, camping trips, and more. Clients will also enjoy access to a nearby fitness center and gourmet meals prepared by in-house chefs.
