Searidge Foundation

Searidge Foundation is a residential treatment center located in the picturesque Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia, Canada. Searidge brings healing to those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions by offering evidence-based therapies and holistic services. Their goal is to provide each client with precisely the right combination of psychological, medical, pharmaceutical, nutritional, alternative, and spiritual practices that will help sustain long-term recovery. Searidge Foundation prioritizes individual support and attention by providing an intimate setting for 12 residents. This allows clients to engage with therapy more easily. Therapy includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, journaling, acupuncture, meditation, yoga, creative art therapy, and recreational therapy. Although Searidge is not solely a 12-Step program, they can incorporate 12-Step philosophy if a client is drawn to it.

Searidge Foundation overlooks the Annapolis Basin and is just minutes from the coast. The facility boasts beautiful views and plenty of green space for walking or hiking. Searidge also believes that privacy is paramount to successful addiction recovery. Searidge provides each client their own private room with a full bathroom. On site, clients can enjoy a heated pool, a library, and a game room with a pool table. Clients will also be provided with nutritious gourmet meals that are locally sourced and contain only the freshest ingredients. Off site, clients will have the opportunity to engage in recreational activities like whale watching, white water rafting, horseback riding, and group sports.
