Safe Harbor Treatment Center is a boutique rehab campus offering three private bungalows and a 12-step treatment approach for women.
About Safe Harbor Treatment Center
Safety Harbor Treatment Center provides gender-specific treatment for substance use disorder, trauma, and co-occurring mental health. The Women’s Program provides a comprehensive 12-Step treatment approach. Their approach also utilizes a variety of holistic and traditional methods to target many areas of life that do not coincide with the path to wellness. Treatment methods can include CBT, DBT, art therapy, trauma-specific therapy, outdoor therapy, and family therapy. Safety Harbor provides a comprehensive aftercare plan that includes ongoing therapy sessions, support group participation, and vocational training or educational assistance. In addition, a major component of their treatment program focuses on discovering or rebuilding a sense of spirituality. They provide nondenominational guidance and encourage clients to connect with a higher power for peace and strength.
Safety Harbor was founded in 1993 and still remains family owned. They employ highly trained staff, all of whom specialize in the field of addiction. Their experienced clinicians assist individuals in identifying underlying beliefs and self-destructive behaviors that no longer serve them. Clients receive love and support while learning about how addiction works and gaining the skills and strength needed for lasting sobriety.
Located in Costa Mesa, California, Safety Harbor provides cozy, bungalow-like housing. This peaceful setting brings clients the calm and tranquility needed for recovery. Safety Harbor is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
