Staff was amazing, very personable, and facility is out of this world

I work with homeless individuals and families and my overall goal is to keep them housed long term. A lot of times substance abuse is a big reason for failing at keeping their housing, I refer my clients to RAC because I know they will have the best doctors, case managers and resources in the area.

I called RAC on a Sunday morning, needing to enroll my wife in an alcohol recovery program. I had researched little but discovered that RAC’s former clients, without exception, raved about their experience and the love and care of the RAC staff. RAC accepted my wife and permitted her to check in that afternoon. Upon our arrival, she was greeted with compassion and broke down in tears as the gravity of the moment overwhelmed her. That was the start to two weeks that helped to change her life.

I had a very positive experience at RAC, you could tell the staff cared about you and truly wanted to help you get better.

My son was at RAC where he received treatment from people that truly cared. I also received and still receive the most amazing support system you won’t find anywhere else! Caring facility and lifetime support!

RAC is so much more than just an amazing treatment facility, they truly understand that addiction is a family illness and strive to help all those suffering heal.The Family Services Program is unlike anything I have ever experienced. The director of this program is very passionate about educating and helping both the client and their families find long term recovery... The support and community I have found within this program is something I will be forever grateful for.The staff is absolutely incredible, you won't find another place on earth like RAC. They truly care about your loved one and take the recovery process to a whole other level.

The staff are caring and dedicated. The program was structured enough to be helpful, yet loose enough to feel comfortable. I’m so glad I made the decision to go to RAC.

I was a mom lost looking for assistance for her son who wanted help. RAC was more than compassionate and helpful to accommodate him. The staff always answered the phone and would ease my anxiety by answering my daily questions. They not only helped my son, but they also helped our entire family with understanding addiction and the weekly family sessions were so helpful. He completed his 45 day treatment and went straight into an 8 week program at IMPACT affiliated with RAC.

The staff stayed in contact with me and were always there to answer questions. They have a family support group that has been life changing for me. I have learned how to have my life not my daughters addicted life.

My experience was fantastic! The staff was amazing and very helpful. The facility is clean and very comfortable. Never once did I want to leave the program.

My son said he loved it there. But did it help, we will see. I know it is all up to him. A lot of pressure to another facility for the next level. Wish they offered it there.

RAC is the best treatment center in Louisville, Ky. RAC understands the individual goals when working with each client to help ensure success. Each staff member is dedicated and committed to each clients recovery. RAC goes the extra mile to ensure their clients are comfortable and accountable at all times.

The facility is beautiful, brand new and they thought of everything. Very easy to work with and they have an awesome alumni program to help my brother maintain his sobriety. Class act !

They have powerful groups, the staff take great care of you and meet all your needs, as well as care for you. RAC saved my life.

RAC is the only program that I will refer to in the Midwest. No other program near it comes close to the loving clinical and medical staff employed there. Not to mention all the outstanding amenities offered that no one else does. They sure know what they are doing at RAC!

Relaxing Environment for me to recover

Great experience

My partner went to RAC and the support not only for him, but for the family and for me was amazing. I was able to call for updates daily and all of the staff were so caring and respectful. By the end of his stay the nurses & I were in first name basis. I was also able to drop off items, and the staff were always smiling & happy to help. Even after he left the center I was able to join a support group, and was pointed in the right direction to start my career. As a licensed therapist.

Staff was great, I learned a lot about myself and how to handle the problems in my life

Lack of communication from staff regarding progress. No ability to speak to team to tell them what was going on with loved one in rehab. Poor communication regarding insurance and financial terms.

From a family member they failed to keep me informed nor were we paet of helping our family member get better. The staff never asked us what the loved one was doing or any triggers we saw. Only conatct was when they wanted to send them to another place to extend treatment. They said we'll work with insurance but never told us what our part would be. Treatment ended when insurance paid what they were willing and family member was "healed".
