Detox service averages 7 days, while the residential treatment length is 30 days. After detox, clients will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of therapies such as CBT, DBT, SMART Recovery, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Recreational and holistic treatment is also crucial to the healing process at New Hope Ranch, which is why they offer art, music, culinary, Reiki, and other experiential programs. In addition, they believe in providing support through 12-Step facilitation, which includes attending virtual AA and/or NA meetings. Aftercare is at the core of New Hope Ranch, and they provide intensive aftercare support for the clients and their families. Therapists offer in-person or Telehealth family sessions and also assist clients by providing sponsors.
