Lifesync relies on a variety of therapies including Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Expressive Arts, Eye Movement Therapy (EMDR), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Medication-Assisted Treatment, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing and Somatic Experiencing.

Lifesync has 2 separate residential locations: Murphy has 6 beds, 8 bathrooms, over 5,000 square feet and overlooks the coastal shores of Malibu, and Calpine similarly has 6 beds, 8 baths, over 5,000 square feet with the ability to see the ocean but is farther away than the sister facility. Both locations have grand bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. Lifesync amenities include outdoor seating and eating areas, a pool, jacuzzi, recreation room, family room with a tv, and large kitchen. Lifesync accepts most major insurance companies and they recommend calling to verify insurance.
