Overall the Group Counsellor and 1 on 1 Counsellors are fantastic. Like others have mentioned the house/houses are not on the Beach. The sales guy that you talk to on the phone is in Ontario and the facility is not as advertised. The houses are outdated and dirty! NO Yoga, messages etc. If you are looking for a luxury Rehab this is NOT the place. If you are looking for results then it might be, as I am still clean!

Inspire is nothing but a scam. 75% of the stuff promised to me on the phone on there website all not true . The only people there that really care about you have been let go because they decide to tell the truth. Thank you you know who you are. The houses are filthy there's no doctor on site no tv in every room the outings on the weekend on mainly hikes and not payed outings like we're promised. Every body pays a different price for the same service. There cable got shut off there heat got shut off it's crazy how much of a scam it is .

My husband went to Inspire Change Wellness earlier this year and I have to say that they are the only ones that were able to help him. This is the 3rd facility that hes attended and the only one that he remained sober since attending. We were losing hope and they saved his life. The staff are empathetic and effective, the program was so much more than an AA type facility that he attended the last two times. I will forever be grateful to them, they followed up with him since he graduated 4 months ago and he has maintained his sobriety! This has saved our family!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Unprofessional, all is complete lies, the gentleman you speak to for admissions does not even live in BC. There is no pool, there is no gym, there is no counselor, there is no aftercare treatment.The website shows a house in White Rock, you don't even go to that facility, its just a house in Surrey surrounded by trees. The Board of Directors gave everyone 24 hours to leave the facility as they shut down due to COVID-19. Sent residents out the door with no after care advice, no refunds, no nothing. I have been emailing and calling and to no avail and its been almost 2 months now since they kicked my son out. They are the most unprofessional people ever! Do your research first and find a facility that actually care about your health and provide the proper treatment you require.

There is no Acupuncture, No Reiki, No Nutritional help, Massages are available for regular payment (outside of admission payment). Staff are not qualified for their roles and the chef has a very large chip on his shoulder.Facility is grungy. Staff are fired for empathizing with you on these issues. On top of all this, for 3 houses, 2 support workers are working. This leaves clients to deal with other clients emergency situations. It seems as if the priority of payment comes long before recovery or care for your fellow human being. Google reviews are doctored by management and pictures/commercials are very selective as to what you see. The salesman i initially spoke to has no connection to the recovery centre and promised lots of things that were just not there. It was a very different picture from what my research yielded initially.

I went to this program and have been clean for 6 months! I really liked how they concentrated on therapy rather than the 12 step route. It really helped me resolve a lot of issues I had that affected my life negatively. Now I feel better with myself, my family, my kids.... it really helped me all around.

I was very disappointed with the service that I was paying for. I received nothing but lies when coming to this location. I was promised an on site doctor and nurse and there was none. I read and was promised massage therapy as well as yoga and there was none. I was promised daily activities and beach front views in which there was none. For the amount of money that I paid for a luxury treatment centre they did nothing but lie to me and my loved ones. They are more concerned about getting your money than giving you the care which was promised. I was outraged on the unprofessional and lack of staff and not very good food. There status of the gym it's some dumb bells in a garage. There chef is not a red seal ticketed chef. I felt very used and betrayed, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. FIND A BETTER PLACE.

My experience was very positive , what I liked the most was the culture . I felt safe , respected , I felt I could trust the people . I was there for help and got that help. Rehab is no holiday and it and it costs money for you to attend . You pay for the professional services , accommodation and the food , you’re not paying for a cure. There is no cure .

Lack of personal, poor communication with staff and management. Failed to issue a receipt.

It is located at two large houses next to each other in beautiful White Rock. Each House is surrounded by amazing 75+ foot tall trees on multi acre lots. 2 minutes to White Rock Beach, the location/environment was amazing for me to reflect on my life during my treatment. The staff were really helpful, friendly, passionate and professional. Compared to the first treatment center I attended this one knocked it out of the park. It almost felt like a vacation during my stay but with a focus on recovery. The low ratings seem to be coming from people who weren't focused on getting better. If I ever have problems in the future I will for sure be returning for the complimentary 2 weeks of treatment offered to anyone who graduates the program. Thank you ICW for all your help.
