Hope Rehab Center is a fully accredited, international drug and alcohol treatment center that helps men and women struggling with addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. They are accredited by the Asia Pacific Certification Board (APCB). Hope Rehab Center has medical detoxification, residential care, and advanced sober living programs with SMART recovery, sober coaching, and senior peer counseling. Their program combines evidence-based and holistic therapies, and this includes individual and group sessions, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness meditation, mutual-aid-meetings, relapse prevention, a wide range of fitness activities, and Thai massage. Hope Rehab Center employs around 50 people, and among them are physicians, nurses, and therapists. Hope Rehab Center has a “fly on the wall” book written about them by the author Gabrielle Harris of her impression on the center that she gained by staying with them and interviewing staff and clients. Hope Rehab Center created a program called Hope Program that includes different experiential therapies and activities such as Thai boxing, biking, yoga, group therapy workshops, aftercare support, and 2 weekly counseling sessions. Hope Rehab Center is licensed by the Thai Ministry of Health and is also an affiliate member of the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Practitioners UK (FBAP). Hope Rehab Center offers a 30-day intensive treatment plan and 60 and 90 day long term, advanced treatment options. They can accommodate up to 22 clients at the main property at a time, and the staff to client ratio is 2:1. Hope Rehab Center has a separate advanced program that has 14 beds located right next to the sea, and this is for clients in their second or third months of treatment. Hope Rehab Center offers WiFi access throughout and allows clients to have cell phones that are carefully supervised. Something unique about Hope Rehab is the opportunities for the sober house clients to teach English in Thailand, and this can be arranged with a local college and summer camp schools in the nearby city.

Hope Rehab Center resides on 5 acres located next to a mountain that overlooks the Gulf of Siam and is surrounded by jungle rainforest. This beautiful property has an on-site swimming pool. All the rooms are private and have unique furnishings, air conditioning, and WIFI access. A dedicated housekeeping team cleans the clients’ rooms daily, and there is professional, unlimited laundry service that delivers directly to a client's room. Their menus consist of a mix between Thai and Western cuisine. Healthy snacks are provided throughout the day, and clients can enjoy 100% natural juice smoothies at any time. Hope Rehab Center provides local weekend island beach trips, local restaurant and shopping trips in town, Thai massage, and a spa & steam.
