Holina fuses the 12-Step program of recovery with modern-day talking therapies and South East Asian spiritual practices, including Thai Buddhism and Inner Walking Meditation. The 12-Steps also play a large role in treatment, as Holina believes incorporating spiritual aspects into treatment sets up success. Situated on a Western-facing peninsula with magnificent sunsets, a private beach, swimming pools, various salas, a gym, sauna and ice bath, Holina’s location couldn’t be more perfect. Their affordable rooms range from a shared option, a private room, and a private villa with its own private pool. In each option, clients can enjoy bi-weekly housekeeping, air conditioning, a TV, streaming services, and places to work. Chef-prepared meals restore the nutrition that clients may have been lacking, with dietary needs and restrictions kept in mind.

AFTERCARE AND THROUGHCARE PROGRAMS
Holina’s aftercare is a weekly 45-minute video conference call with one of their team members. This option is available free of charge for up to 6 months. Their throughcare program is available for all program graduates. Over the course of 2 years, the throughcare program provides 8 opportunities to return to Holina for five-day periods.
