Offering Medical Detox, Primary Treatment, a Young Adult Track and Second Stage Treatment. The GreenStone team is a carefully curated, highly-experienced staff who are passionate about helping others. The team of treatment professionals has extensive experience with a wide range of substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD. GreenStone’s high staff to client ratios allows for personalized treatment and readily available support and guidance. GreeneStone partners with clients to create an effective, evidence-based treatment program.
When you or your loved one arrives at GreeneStone, a comprehensive medical and psychological evaluation will be completed to determine an individualized treatment plan.
The Intake Process may include the following assessments:
• Diagnosis of substance and/or alcohol use disorder
• Psychosocial history
• Co-occurring mental or physical health issues
• Withdrawal risk assessment
