About Fairwinds Treatment Center
Fairwinds Treatment Center is a dual-diagnosis addiction treatment center that specializes in eating disorders and substance misuse. They provide a broad range of services, including detox, residential treatment, PHP, and IOP. They provide a 28-day substance abuse program as well as a 6- to 8-week eating disorder treatment program. To guarantee a complete recovery, the Fairwinds Treatment addresses the root cause of the addiction, ensuring a long-term recovery. Fairwinds creates individualized treatment regimens for each client, which may include CBT, DBT, 12-Step, art therapy, and wellness groups, among other therapies. Daily meetings with a psychiatrist, 2+ individual sessions with a primary therapist every week, and 1 session with the client's family make up a normal day. A licensed nutritionist is on hand to assist clients with menu planning. They also give therapeutic meals to help clients with anorexia nervosa or bulimia ingest all of their recommended calories with as little discomfort as possible. The purpose of this procedure is for clients to feel satiated without feeling the need to purge, and for meals to become enjoyable over time.
Fairwinds boasts a 3:1 staff-to-patient ratio and highly qualified personnel. In Clearwater, Florida, Fairwinds Treatment Center is a tiny, boutique institution. They provide a secure, therapeutic atmosphere where secrecy is paramount. The Joint Commission has accredited Fairwinds, and it accepts most private insurance policies.
