Enlightened Solutions offers a full continuum of care, specializing in a holistic approach to addiction treatment while still including 12-Step modalities. We provide medically supported detox, outpatient care, residential care, and sober living homes for our diverse range of clients. Your recovery process will begin at our state-of-the-art medical detox facility, situated on New Jersey's beautiful Atlantic coast. Enlightened Solutions focuses on treating all of the things that make you you, including your mind, body, and spirit. Our treatment approach has strong medical and holistic components, effectively combining to create a treatment that’s perfect for you.

Inpatient stays at Enlightened Solutions are comfortable and luxurious, with up-scale, homey accommodations becoming your new home during your stay. We decorate our home elegantly, with top-notch furnishings and all the comfort necessities you could need. The care we put into each room makes Enlightened Solutions a perfectly peaceful environment to start recovery. Enlightened Cafe is your on-site eatery, where you can enjoy nutritious meals and juices all throughout your stay. The Enlightened Cafe also hosts 12-Step meetings, yoga, meditation, music therapy, and empowerment groups, as it’s one of the coziest and most inviting rooms at Enlightened Solutions.

Our Distinct Treatment Approach

We begin a treatment process that’s uniquely yours, from the moment you walk through our doors to your program graduation. Enlightened Solution’s 30-day residential program addresses the eight aspects of wellness: emotional, environmental, financial, occupational, intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual. During your residential stay, you’ll participate in talk therapy, group therapy, brainspotting, equine therapy, and other forms of holistic and 12-Step therapies. To address the nuanced needs of men and women, we also offer gender-specific group therapy, providing a safe and understanding space to open up. Co-ed groups bring men and women together and show the many ways in which our struggles are the same, especially during treatment and throughout recovery. Our horticulture program provides you with additional opportunities for growth in an emotional, spiritual, and physical capacity.

Restorative Amenities And Exciting Activities

Enlightened Solutions has a stunning 460-acre farm, complete with horses, a basketball court, a ropes course, a music center, and on-site music and art therapy yurts. Each day you spend here will be filled with nature and outdoor activities, whether you’re learning how to farm or spending time with our gentle horses. Importantly, farming and gardening teach sustainability and self-sufficiency, which can be used later in finding work. Inside our home, you can relax in air-conditioned rooms, work on yourself in our fitness room, or spend time reflecting in our quiet environment. Outside, a pool and outdoor lounge wait for you, along with a gorgeous garden and various low-key walking trails.
