About Boardwalk Recovery Center
Boardwalk Recovery Center offers outpatient services for adult men and women with substance use, mood, personality, and trauma or stress related disorders in San Diego, California. The 30-60 day program focuses on healing relationships, improving emotion regulation, challenging problematic thought patterns, and building coping skills needed to thrive. Morning and afternoon IOP sessions are available to all participants at Boardwalk Recovery Center. These sessions are scheduled so that clients who are actively enrolled in school, employed, or scheduled to work during the day have a flexible alternative and a schedule that works for them.

Boardwalk Recovery’s therapeutic approach is based on evidence-based practices and holistic alternatives. The interventions offered by the clinical team include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, seeking safety for PTSD, mindfulness practices, breathwork, and meditation.
