Awakenings' residential program is located in Hagerstown, Maryland. Their partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) run at their Funkstown, Maryland facility. Various treatment levels help meet the needs of each unique client.
Hand-Crafted Programs
Treatment is hand-crafted to meet clients' specific needs. In their plans, clients can experience expressive therapy, traditional talk therapy, relapse prevention, and 12-Step facilitation. Gender-specific rehab is also available. Each unique therapy plan is designed not only to give the tools needed to overcome addiction, but to also address the underlying cause of addiction. As a dual-diagnosis center, Awakenings can treat depression, anxiety, and PTSD during recovery.
