A private outpatient facility that treats addiction by blending evidence-based therapy with 12-Step philosophy in a comfortable, home-like environment.
About Aspire Recovery
“Aspire Recovery’s outpatient program is the gold standard in outpatient substance abuse treatment programs. This program has been operating for over 10 years and was the first accredited substance abuse program in Lubbock, Texas.” Aspire’s outpatient program treats adult men and women struggling with addiction, process addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health conditions. The program is rooted in 12-Step philosophy and blends evidence-based therapies with holistic services. Clients will receive individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs. During the 8-10 week-long program, clients meet 3 times a week in the evenings from 6pm-9pm, learning about the necessary tools to overcome addiction. Aspire has educational groups, process groups, chemical dependency groups, and more. Clients will engage in individual counseling, couples therapy, family counseling, life skills, and eye movement therapy (EMDR). Aspire also has a sober living program for men needing a safe place to stay and recover while attending outpatient treatment. In addition to counseling, Aspire plans several recreational outings each month. These off-campus outings include hiking in the beautiful canyons of West Texas, go-karting, paintball and even trips to the movies.
Aspire Recovery’s outpatient facility is warm and inviting, making it feel less like a hospital and more like a home, with dinner being provided every Monday night. Aspire Recovery is In-network with most insurance and offers reasonable self-pay rates.
