While incorporating 12-Step philosophy, Counselors also provide evidence-based therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), relapse prevention, and life skills.
Arise recovery’s flexible programming is offered in the morning or in the afternoons. The program includes 1 hour of individual counseling weekly and 2 days worth of family sessions during the durations of the program. Groups meet 3 times per week for 3 hours each session. Groups usually have up to 8-12 people in each session. The total programming for the IOP program is 10 hours per week, and the average length is 8 weeks. For clients needing medical detox, Arise Recovery works with many hospitals and facilities that can safely help clients through the withdrawal phase.
