Beautiful resort. I learnt a lot but I did see many things that break ethical codes of mental health practice’s like anger management issiues from the CEO and psychologist Tony and many lies from the team there.

Sanctuary helped me get through a very difficult time of my life strong anxiety/ social anxiety, past trauma and relationship struggles. Coming here was the first time in my life I was able to really dive into these problems, the leading phycologist Tony is amazing at what he does. I felt so safe and comfortable to be there. The whole staff is very trauma aware and attentive. They use a great combination of clinical therapy and holistic methods. My experience at sanctuary was the best clinical therapy I have ever had. The schedule was a great mix of fun activity, relaxation and intensive therapy. The time I spent at sanctuary will remain one of the most significant times of my life that I will be forever grateful for. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The facility is very conducive for healing

I really liked the hollistic approach, IMDR sessions, excercises using imagination. I got a lot of helpful insights and tools to handle my situation better.

The treatment I received at 180 was next to none. Trauma therapy, personal training and the amazing accommodations set me up for success. Every detail of my treatment was well thought out… 180 is family to me and I don’t know where I would be without their help. I have the longest period of sobriety I’ve ever had in my life. Tony, Anya and the rest of the team went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of. From my therapy to nutrition and beyond…. I’ve never received this level of care anywhere else. Thank you 180!!!

Not happy with the old counter staff because she ignored my request for room change the first time I got here and gave the same room the second time.

Their approach towards the clients is unique. Each client is monitored individually. Counselors have very friendly & positive approach. Psychotherapy is excellent for recovery. TRE helps a lot in releasing tensions. EDMR is very effective on Trauma Patients. They have literally all solutions at one place. Centre does not give you a feeling of Rehab. It's a luxury resort where you get treatment also and don't feel like you are locked inside a campus. I highly recommend 180 Sanctuary.

I can't recommend 180 enough. Tony, and his team go above and beyond in every way to help you on your recovery and genuinely want the best for you.Rooms/villas and facilities are superb and set in beautiful area just outside of Pai overlooking fields and mountains.Individual timetables to suit your particular needs were great and very helpful to ensure you get the most out of your time here.The client base during my time here (about 14 people) were all so kind, open and friendly. You felt like a real team and family of people who wanted to help each other. The fitness team here were exceptional. Exercise is essential to my wellbeing and at 180 they've got this covered! Runs, walks, cycling, fitness classes, yoga and of course Muay Thai! Special thanks to Mate, Chan and Doy!The clinical team/therapists were amazing. In particular, for myself, Xzarina. Without her my time here nor my progress wouldn't have been the same. She's an incredible person who I connected with and who really understood me. Our sessions together were fundamental and meant a great deal to me. I didn't know what to expect before coming here but this place is definitely different and special. Tony's approach really works and I couldn't have asked for more.

The place is so calming and relaxing. Tony was really helpful , understanding , patient , and really professional person however sometimes he’s pushy or tough. Based on my experience during this journey, I have received a lot of valuable information from a very compassionate person who you will always find when you need him Udi.
